We’re a husband-and-wife team of Occupational Therapy Assistants with 14 years on the front lines of care. Our careers have taken us across settings—skilled nursing facilities, home health, pediatrics, and the school system. Along the way, Our founder also served as a Director of Rehab, leading teams and guiding clinical standards.
Across every setting, we saw the same pattern: patient dignity and choice too often take a back seat. Understaffing, overworked teams, and inconsistent education in dignity practices, documentation, and multidisciplinary communication create gaps that patients feel every day.
